How long will it take to get my orders?

All orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

Shipping takes 5–9 business days.

What are the return rules?

You can return a product for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Our customers are responsible for all cost of return. A prepaid label is not provided. 
How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat fee of $5.99 for shipping unless your order totals over $100.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
How many days does it take to get a refund?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, you will be notified by email on the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed on the original payment method, within 2-5 working days.
Is the information I provide on your website secure?

We take your privacy seriously. Every transaction on our site is secured with SSL encryption — your credit card information is used solely to complete your purchase and is never saved or stored on our end. We don't collect or keep personal information.
